Our security supervisors and managers have extensive security experience and knowledge gained with law enforcement agencies such the Botswana Police and Botswana Defence Force. They have extensive security training and experience in security management, customer services, management, communication, disaster management,
occupational health and safety, etc.
Supervisors visit the locations and/or clients, at regular intervals to ensure that each security guard is on target, punctual, properly dressed and is carrying out our clients’ instructions. To ensure quality assurance the supervisors are under the overall control of the Operations Manager who reports daily to the Managing Director.
All supervisors are equipped with two-way radio communication and company mobile phones to keep them in constant contact with the Operations Manager, Company
