Security Systems is a security company founded in 1984 by Gabriel Nkgetse and Michael Reay, who together have security industry experience spanning more than 30 years. Their expertise - and our exceptional offering of security products and services - make our company unique in what we offer to our customers.
Our experience and proficiency have enabled us to assemble a professional and results-orientated team of over 4,000 who provide a world class security service to the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors.
Our range of services include Security Assessments, Guarding, Asset-In-Transit protection, 24-hour Alarm monitoring, Security Equipment and a Dog Protection Unit. Our headquarters are located in Gaborone, Botswana and we have a continually expanding countrywide network of branch units.

The co-founder of Security Systems (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Nkgetse has been the Managing Director of the Company since inception. He has more than 30 years experience in the security industry
Michael Reay, Executive Director
The co-founder and current Executive Director. He has been involved in the security industry for over 30 years. Mick is experienced in all aspects of the industry and keeps abreast of the latest related developments.
